1. Cleanse and apply toner.
2. Peel the mask from the film and smooth it onto the face.
3. Leave on for 3–4 hours, until the mask turns clear, or wear overnight.
4. Remove and pat any leftover essence into the skin. Follow with moisturizer if desired.
