What it is
The Lymphatic Brush is not a dry brush. Its patented bristle pattern, density and contoured shape grip the skin gently. This moves the superficial lymphatic vessels just beneath the surface without pressure.
The Small has slightly softer bristles for a feather-light touch on the face, neck and delicate areas. The Large is sized up to cover more of the body with each stroke.
Inner Beauty Shop is the official Canadian distributor, so every brush is the authentic, trademarked original.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants a complete face and body routine, from first-time users to estheticians, massage therapists and practitioners. Works for all skin types.
How to use
- Use on clean skin, either slightly damp after the shower or completely dry. No oil or product is needed.
- With the Large, follow the Big 6 sequence by Dr. Perry Nickelston, which follows how fluid drains:
- Collarbones
- Around the ears
- Underarms and chest
- Abdomen
- Groin
- Behind the knees
- Brush the arms and legs with a light touch, always moving toward the collarbones, where lymph drains.
- With the Small, start again at the collarbones, then work backwards: neck, lower face, eyes, forehead.
- A few minutes, once or twice a day. Consistency matters more than time.

Care & safety
Care
For a quick clean, spray with 70% isopropyl alcohol and wipe the bristles. For a deep clean once or twice a month, wash gently in your palm with mild soap and rinse with the bristles facing down. Let each brush dry fully with the bristles down before putting it in its case.
Safety
Do not use if you have active cancer (unless cleared by your medical team), deep vein thrombosis, congestive heart failure, or an acute infection or inflammation. Do not use in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Use with care: avoid raised moles and the front of the thyroid, avoid the sternum with bronchitis, keep sessions short with low blood pressure, and avoid the abdomen during your period. If you've had lymph nodes removed or recent surgery, check with your healthcare provider first.
The anatomy
The lymphatic system is the body's drainage network. It carries fluid, proteins and cellular waste toward the collarbones, where it returns to the bloodstream. It has no pump like the heart and relies on movement, breath and gentle stimulation.
The vessels sit just beneath the skin, so light pressure works best. Opening the main lymph node areas first makes space for fluid from the face, arms and legs to follow.
FAQ
Is this a dry brush?
No. Dry brushing exfoliates. These brushes are designed to move lymph.
How often should I use them?
Daily if you can. Short, regular sessions work better than long, occasional ones.
Do I need an oil?
No. If you'd like hydration, use a light serum that fully absorbs.
Do I need both brushes?
The Small is softer and sized for the face and delicate areas. The Large covers more of the body with each stroke. Together they cover your whole routine, and the Set saves $30 compared with buying them separately.
How is it different from gua sha?
Gua sha works on muscle and fascia. The Lymphatic Brush is designed for lymphatic drainage.
