FAQ

Can I use Renew MD every day?

Osmosis allows morning and evening use. If you are new to vitamin A, start a few evenings a week and build up as your skin is comfortable.

Is retinal the same as retinol?

Both are forms of vitamin A. Retinal is one step closer to the form skin uses, and Osmosis describes it as stronger than regular retinols.

Do I need sunscreen?

Yes. Wear sunscreen every day while using any vitamin A product.
