For dry, mature or uneven-looking skin that is ready for a vitamin A step.

1. Start 2 to 3 evenings a week and build up as your skin is comfortable.
2. Apply 1 to 2 pumps to clean, dry skin.
3. Spritz an Osmosis activating mist, such as Boost, and massage in gently.
4. Follow with other serums and moisturizer as needed.
5. If you use it in the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Contains vitamin A (retinal) and lactic acid. Patch test first and introduce slowly. Some temporary dryness or flaking may occur as skin adjusts. Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily while using this product and limit sun exposure. Osmosis says it can be used around the eyes and lips; start with a very small amount in these areas and avoid getting it in the eyes. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless a healthcare provider says otherwise. Stop use if irritation occurs. For external use only.

How is retinal different from retinol?

Retinal (retinaldehyde) is another form of vitamin A. Osmosis uses it in a gentle delivery system. As with any vitamin A product, start slowly.

Can I use it in the morning?

Yes. Osmosis says morning and/or evening. If you use it in the day, wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Can I use it with other actives?

Introduce one new active at a time. If your skin feels sensitive, use Correct on alternate nights from exfoliating acids.
