PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Certain products offered by Inner Beauty Shop Inc. may be available through purchase options such as subscriptions, pre-orders or try-before-you-buy arrangements.

This policy explains how these purchase options work and how they may be changed or cancelled.

The specific price, billing frequency, renewal terms, delivery frequency, cancellation conditions and other material terms applicable to a purchase option will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer right available to you under applicable federal, provincial or territorial law.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where a product is offered as a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the delivery frequency and subscription option you select.

Before completing a subscription purchase, you will be shown the applicable:

• product and quantity;
• price;
• delivery frequency;
• billing frequency;
• subscription duration, if applicable;
• automatic renewal terms, if applicable; and
• cancellation or modification options.

Recurring Payments

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Inner Beauty Shop Inc. and our applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.

Your payment information may be securely stored by our payment processor to facilitate recurring charges.

Unless you have selected and paid for a prepaid subscription, you will generally be charged separately for each recurring order.

Taxes and applicable shipping charges may also apply as disclosed in your subscription terms.

Automatic Renewal

If a subscription automatically renews, that fact and the applicable renewal frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

By selecting an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring billing until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms.

We will not represent a subscription as a one-time purchase where recurring payments apply.

Changing or Cancelling a Subscription

Unless different terms are clearly disclosed before purchase, you may cancel or modify an ongoing subscription before the next applicable order is processed.

Where available, subscriptions may be managed through your customer account, subscription-management portal or the link provided in your subscription or order communications.

For online subscriptions subject to applicable Québec consumer protection requirements, an accessible and easy-to-find online method of cancellation will be provided where required by law.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future eligible recurring orders from being processed. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed, fulfilled or shipped.

Any return or refund relating to an order that has already been processed is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

2. PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order before they are physically available for immediate shipment.

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product expected to become available at a later date.

Before completing a pre-order, we will disclose the available information regarding:

• the product;
• the purchase price;
• the amount payable at checkout;
• whether any remaining balance will be charged later;
• the anticipated availability or shipping timeframe, where known; and
• any material pre-order conditions.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Depending on the particular pre-order, we may:

• collect the full purchase price when the order is placed;
• collect a partial deposit; or
• authorize or securely store a payment method and charge the remaining amount at a later date.

The applicable payment arrangement will be disclosed before you complete the purchase.

By completing a pre-order that includes a future payment, you authorize the applicable remaining amount to be charged according to the terms presented at checkout.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

Unless otherwise clearly disclosed before purchase, you may request cancellation of an unfulfilled pre-order before it has been processed for shipment.

If your cancellation is accepted before fulfillment, any amount owing to you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment. You may instead be eligible to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Your statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

Pre-Order Delays

Expected availability and shipping dates for pre-order products are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

If a significant delay occurs, we may provide you with updated information and any options available to you.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered online purchases.

3. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Where Inner Beauty Shop expressly offers a try-before-you-buy option, the applicable trial terms will be disclosed before you complete the purchase.

These terms will include, as applicable:

• the product being provided;
• any initial amount charged or authorized;
• the length of the trial period;
• the deadline for returning the product;
• the amount that will be charged if you keep the product; and
• instructions for returning the product within the trial period.

Payment Authorization

When you select a try-before-you-buy offer, we may place an authorization on your payment method before fulfilling the order.

The amount and nature of the authorization or charge will be disclosed before purchase.

Trial Period

You will have the disclosed trial period to decide whether to keep the product.

If you return an eligible product according to the stated return instructions and within the disclosed trial period, you will not be charged the remaining purchase price except for any amounts expressly disclosed in advance and permitted by law.

If you keep the product beyond the disclosed trial period without completing an eligible return, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the amount disclosed when you entered into the try-before-you-buy arrangement.

We will clearly disclose the point at which the trial converts into a paid purchase before you agree to the offer.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancelling a future subscription or pre-order is different from returning a product you have already received.

Returns and refunds for products that have already been fulfilled or delivered are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our normal return exclusions do not limit statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant products.

5. PAYMENT METHOD CHANGES AND FAILED PAYMENTS

If your payment method expires, is declined or cannot otherwise be processed, we may contact you or request an updated payment method before processing a recurring or future order.

We will not intentionally continue charging an unauthorized payment method.

A subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully processed, subject to the terms disclosed when you subscribed and applicable law.

6. PRICE CHANGES

If the price of an ongoing subscription changes, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before applying the new price.

We will not retroactively increase the price of a completed purchase.

Material changes to a recurring purchase arrangement will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

7. ONLINE CONSUMER RIGHTS

Online purchases may carry additional cancellation and refund rights under provincial or territorial consumer protection legislation.

For example, applicable laws may provide cancellation rights where required information was not disclosed, a copy of the online agreement was not provided as required, or goods were not delivered within prescribed periods.

Nothing in this policy restricts or waives any statutory right that cannot legally be waived.
