These lymphatic brushes really worked on my first try! I wasn't expecting anything much to happen when I used them for the first time, using both on my face and neck for about 20 minutes. But the following night, I started to develop symptoms of a cold out of the blue and started sneezing 4-5 times in a row. I woke up coughing and had to blow my nose throughout the next 4 days, yet I didn't feel sick like when I'd get a normal winter cold full of aches and pains. I had no headache, or nausea nor a sore throat. I felt good, but chose to stay home all week.
I realized I was detoxing, remembering what I'd learned about lymphatic drainage massages at my esthetics school years ago, and was amazed that just one simple 20 minute facial massage stirred up all the toxins just on my face and neck alone! The symptoms started to fade by the 5th day, and I woke up today with 90% of everything gone.
Im so glad I chose this particular Cecily Braden lymphatic brush instead of the much cheaper ones elsewhere.
I highly recommend these brushes, but keep in mind that some people react the way I did with even the first use, like being sick without the pain. So be prepared to detox your way to better health! Thank you Cecily Braden!

I got the small and large lymph brushes and I am very pleased with them. The brushes are great but I really wish that they would have been designed with fitted covers rather than the containers they have which I find difficult to fit them in, and difficult to open and close. I also found the price quite high - i get it, its tough to make a go of it otherwise but i have bought many lymph brushes of various types over the years ( I have lymphedema and so use these lots!!) and did find your product a bit pricey compared to some others. I love all the videos and info that you have available though and that really does add to the value.Thanks for the care and products you make.
