A two-layer toner from I'M FROM, a Korean skincare brand known for single-origin Korean ingredients. It uses 100-day fermented black rice, rich in anthocyanins, with niacinamide, panthenol and a small amount of glycolic acid. The water layer is refreshing and the oil layer is lighter than the original Rice Toner.

1. Shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
2. After cleansing, dispense onto a cotton pad or into your hands.
3. Pat gently into the skin until absorbed.
4. Layer again for more hydration, then follow with serum and moisturizer.
