1. Cleanse and apply toner.
2. Peel the film off the mask. Apply the upper piece around the eyes and forehead, then the lower piece around the mouth and jaw.
3. Leave on for 3 to 4 hours, until the sheet turns transparent. You can also wear it overnight.
4. Remove and gently pat in any remaining essence.
5. Continue with your usual routine.
