1. Diffuse: add 5 to 10 drops to your diffuser.
2. Massage or skin: dilute 1 to 3 drops per 20 mL of carrier oil, like N°1 Squalane Oil.
3. Bath: mix a few drops into a carrier oil or bath salts before adding to the water.
